Getting Started

Navigate to the workout tab and tap the "+" button. Select your exercises, then enter your sets, reps, and weights for each. Your workout is automatically saved and added to your progress history when you finish.
Yes! Your workout data, progress, and profile information sync automatically across all your devices whenever you're signed in to the same account.
LIFTER is free to download and use. Create an account and start logging workouts right away — no subscription required to access the core features.

Streaks & Challenges

Your personal streak is measured in weeks. Complete at least 3 workouts in a week (Monday–Sunday) to add 1 to your week streak. Only workouts that are at least 15 minutes long count.

You can also start friend streaks with other users — at least one of you needs to log a qualifying workout every day to keep the shared streak alive.
Groups let you compete with friends on a leaderboard over weekly or monthly periods. Each member's workouts contribute to their score. The person with the most workouts or volume at the end of the challenge wins.

Account & Settings

Go to Settings → Account Details to change your password while logged in. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and we'll send a reset link to your email.
Go to Settings → Account Details and scroll down to "Delete Account." Please note this action is permanent and cannot be undone — all your data will be removed immediately.
Tap your profile picture or go to Settings → Edit Profile. From there you can update your display name, username, bio, and profile photo.

Troubleshooting

Use the Settings → Leave Feedback option to report issues. Include as much detail as possible and attach a screenshot if you can — it helps us identify and fix problems much faster.
First check your internet connection. Then try closing and reopening the app. If the problem continues, sign out and sign back in from Settings → Sign Out. If it still persists, contact us and we'll help.
Make sure you're running the latest version of LIFTER from the App Store. Force-close the app and restart it. If problems persist after updating, please send us a report with your device model and iOS version.
